Justin Bieber’s “DAISIES” is an irresistible doo-wop tune.
Justin Bieber surprise-released SWAG earlier this year. Its apparent lead single was “DAISES,” which reportedly was submitted for this year’s Grammys but didn’t receive any nominations.

“DAISIES” is very nice. I like how his vocals space out towards the vocals. The instrumental switch-up around the instrumental is nice as well. On the surface, it’s all very simple, but I find myself revisiting this track a lot. There is a certain “swag” to this track, especially considering how it zaps out any cheesiness you could associate with the doo-wop influences it builds itself with.
I recommend this track to everyone who likes good music. It’s not a high-art effort, of course, but for a pop-radio effort, it does very well.
